An animal grinning is a different reflex from our smiling. Animals grin
before they kill. In certain Asian countries, they fill the pig with fear,
prod it, kill it and the beheaded pig's mouth is placed on a platter. The
pig's mouth curves upwards in a smile, sensing the good luck about him.
The participants stick green bills in the pig's mouth and ears.
